Financial Information

Communication Allies Speech-Language Therapy is private pay only.  Insurance is not accepted at this time. We are happy to accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).  All payments are processed with SimplePractice, which is HIPAA compliant to protect your privacy.  A superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

 

Payment Options:

• Fees for service are paid end of each therapy session via secure electronic records system. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

• Flexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards are accepted.

Evaluation  - $550 per session

Therapy Sessions  -  

$185 per session 45 minutes

$155 per session 30 minutes

Group Therapy for Gender Affirming Voice (online only)  - $55 per session

Cancellation and Billing Policy:

The full session fee will be billed for no-shows and for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.  When we are provided with advance notice we can offer cancelled appointment times to other clients.  The fee will be waived in cases of emergency or inclement weather at the discretion of the therapist.

Insurance Coverage:

Our billing relationship is with you.  Once you have received and paid for the service, you may seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. We will issue a receipt(s) /superbill that you can submit to the insurance company.
